Streets, Light, and Shadow

I'm a self-taught street photographer based just outside Philadelphia, shooting on weekends whenever I can get out with a camera. My work spans Philadelphia, New York, and Europe. I shoot mostly in black and white because I feel most at home there.

I work full-time, so most of my photos come from early mornings and bad weather days. I usually shoot with a 28mm lens, which keeps me close to the street and the people in it. I shoot both digital and film. Nothing is posed, and nothing is filtered. I just walk, look, and wait for the moments nobody planned.
